| 7 | The RTO has the required qualification within its scope of registration | • | Yes | • | No |

| 10 | You consider the approved training arrangements are satisfactory (This may raise issues not listed above). | • | Yes | • | No |
If 'Yes' to all questions then approve with the term based on the average weekly hours of engagement.
If 'No" to any question, can it be resolved by consultation?
If the answer to any question is definitely 'No', refuse the application.
As school based traineeships are part of the HSC a decision on an application must be made within 21 days of receipt.
