Certificate II in Engineering Production

Please Note: that employers including group training companies may have their own Award, Federal Certified Agreement, NSW Enterprise Agreement or Australian Workplace Agreement.

Award Employer Associations Unions

Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries Award, 1998 Part 1 provides for school based part-time traineeships.

Where the employer is not bound by the above the above Federal Award, no appropriate State Award provides for school based part-time traineeships.

Metal Trades (Training Wage) (State) Consolidated Award does not provide for school based part-time traineeships. A number of awards have been affected by this variation. The list of awards is in Appendix B and includes
