Certificate II in Hospitality Operations

Please Note: that employers including group training companies may have their own Award, Federal Certified Agreement, NSW Enterprise Agreement or Australian Workplace Agreement.

Award Employer Associations Unions

Hospitality Industry – Accommodation, Hotels, Resorts and Gaming award 1998 provides for school based part-time traineeships where an employer is respondent or a member of an employer association listed in Appendix A of this Award.

Club Employees (State) Training Wage Award, Restaurant Employees (State) Interim Award, Caterers’ &c., Employees (State) Consolidated Award and Canteen Workers (State) Award do not provide for school based part-time traineeships.
