The National Training Wage Award provides for school based part-time traineeships where an employer is a member of the:
- Australian Road Transport Industrial Organisation;
or
- Australian Petroleum Agents & Distributors Association
AND is also bound by a Federal Award (ie the work is covered by a Federal Award). That award would apply to the trainees for all other conditions of employment. |
